One of the benefits of the Fall being quiet this year (even if it was forced on us!) was the opportunity to work with some wonderful vendors on a project that we otherwise wouldn’t have had the time for. For this day, I teamed up with Julia Rebecca Photography and we worked with local Upstate & Adirondack vendors to create something special in the middle of the Adirondack Mountains.

The center of the design was the combination of rich jewel tones with feminine, lighter toned florals. With Fall Weddings, it’s easy to think of the traditional colors so we wanted to showcase something that was a little different, hoping to inspire future Fall couples to think a bit outside the box. We brought in a dress from Lily Saratoga with a stunning sleeve, low back, and such beautiful movement in the skirt for being outside.

We wanted to make this shoot as safe as possible so we kept the numbers onsite small. We used all outdoor spaces and the only other vendor present, besides myself and Julia, was the incredible Osman (find him here!) for hair and makeup. My stunning sister and her husband (who have been in our “bubble” from the beginning of COVID) were our real couple and my husband and Julia’s husband served as our helpers (i.e. did all of the labor) throughout the day.

Thank you to all of the vendors that made this day happen. We appreciate your time, contribution, and enthusiasm for a project that we are really proud of! Below is a little peak at the stunning images by Julia Rebecca Photography but be sure to stop by and see the Full Gallery Here!
