Kelly Strong Events works in destinations throughout the United States and abroad. We have worked throughout New York State, New England, the Midwest, Southern Destinations, and Italy. Along with Kelly, our team consists of multiple event professionals that work together pre-event and on site to make your vision a reality.
Kelly has produced weddings, corporate events, and association conferences for over ten years. After starting in professional sports and marketing, Kelly moved into Corporate Event Planning. Working on corporate conferences, executive retreats, galas, week-long association conferences, social events, and multi-day wedding weekends - Kelly has experienced every kind of event.
Kelly begins each wedding planning experience in the same way: listening carefully to her clients, proposing design concepts that feel like her couples, and creating a production schedule that will ensure everything happens as is intended. Kelly's design style is timeless, classic, and leans towards understated elegance while showcasing her couple's personalities through the details.
Kelly lives in Upstate New York with her husband Dean and daughter, Sophie. Outside of work, you’ll find Kelly on her porch, traveling with her family, listening to podcasts on a walk, or spending time at the lake.

Mikaela has over a decade of experience within the event management industry, working in both corporate and personal events. Her positions within both boutique and global event agencies provides Mikaela with a unique perspective that fuses a client-centric approach with the practicality of managing logistics and adhering to budgets.
Mikaela joined the KSE team in 2020, working behind the scenes to contract with vendors and putting together the logistical puzzle pieces to make each event seamless from start to finish. You'll see her onsite at events overseeing all setup and liaising with the vendors, calmly tackling each surprise that arises.
Mikaela lives in Connecticut. Outside of work, you’ll find her chasing after her three kids and dog, spending time with her family at the lake, sampling every ice cream spot in the area, or reading.
